Is there a way to set up FIOS Webmail to sync with my non-verizon phone? I have an HTC Inspire and an iPhone 4S. I can send and receive on these devices, but what is sent from one can not be seen on the other nor on the website.

Bottlecounter,  

Verizon email uses what is called POP.  With POP there is no syncronization mechanism so even though you can send/rec from either phone or webmail there is no way to sync sent mail.

Other email providers such as GMAIL use IMAP which allows the syncronization.  Going one step further with GMAIL if you delete an email from either web mail or one of your phones it will be deleted on all devices.
