folder access

The folders I created on my verizon email account have disappeared.  The titles of the folders appear if I higlight an Inbox message and then click on Move to.  I can Move the message to a folder, but have no way to access the folder after that.  What's going on?  I can't find any posts that address this problem...

It could be a browser issue, If you click the + sign Next to my folders do you see create manage folder dialog on the right side? As a test please click on 1 folder and edit... Are you able to change the folder name?

I would recommend installing Mozilla Firefox http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ + test with it.

Thanks for suggestion.  It helped me figure out the problem.  I am on the road using a new netbook and it turns out the screen was zoomed in so much that the folders were off the map.  Zooming out was all I needed to do.

A 'Duh' moment.
