iPhone Yahoo account screws up Outlook acess?

Got a new iPhone from Verizon. Set up my verizon account as Yahoo account which auto configured and works fine. Now I find that my OUTLOOK 2010 client will not allow me to log into incoming.yahoo.verizon.net and outgoing.verizon.net. Version.net webmail works fine.
Anyone know a fix?
