opening saved e-mails

I'm trying to open a email I saved in one of my saved e-mail folders that I created and I can't open it no matter what I do I can edit or delete it but can't open it what am I doing wrong.

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are having with your email. It sounds browser related. Have you tried using a different computer and/or a different browser to access it?

I am having the same problem.  I have spent several hours with the Verizon help staff but nothing seems to work.  Shouldn't this work with the browser provided?  I don't understand why this problem has cropped up.  In the past I just clicked on Folders and got a list of the folders and then clicked on the folder and got the content.  This is very irritating.  It really shouldn't be complicated.

Obviously one thing to check is differences on each.

Some other previously Known cures for such problems

1. Flush your browser cache
2. Using Internet Explorer compatibility mode
