Apparently, on Nov. 1, something called "Basic Authentication" is ending for some level of Outlook. This will affect Outlooks in businesses that use MS365 as part of their email backbone.
But will it have an effect on all of us here who use Outlook to connect to our verizon.net email accounts?
In particular, what if we are using an older Outlook (like 2003, 2007, 2010 or 2013) to connect to our verizon.net email accounts?
Does anyone know?
