Thanks for the quick reply to my earlier post -- "Verizon My Domain subaccount frozen after attempting to login via Webmail."  Where exactly do I find the profile page for the forum?  I can't find a link on the forum page.  When I click on "Hi Martha," I get to a page with a profile tab, but there is no "My Support Cases" area under any of the sub-tabs "Account Settings, Manage Sub-Accounts, etc.)  A search of the site turns up nothing useful.

Apologies for starting a new thread, but I could not find a way to reply to your reply on my original post.

Click on your username somewhere within the forum itself. (Ex. to the left of one of your posts.)
