Can somebody tell me how to recive pictures and some articles. They always have an x. So I can't get them! Trying to contact Verizon is a waste of time, why can't you E-mail them with a question? If you call can't understand some of these people in India. Why can't we have an American talking on the phone?

If you call late at night you may get transfered to an agent in Hyderbad. Otherwise all other day time call centers are in the United states (and one in Mexico for spanish language). 

It sounds like you are not seeing pictures on certain websites. This has to do with the software on your computer. You either need to upgrade your internet explorer software or download software that supports viewing of pictures like adobe or Java. They are free programs you can just google them. But first go the microsoft.com and get the latest version of internet explorer.

Remember Verizon gives you access to the internet, but they don't control the content of the internet or how you view that content. Verizon would like you to enjoy your experience on the web and they will help you with problems like what you are experiencing, but the problem you are having is not caused by Verizons internet service.
