sent email bouncing back

I continue to have my emails bouce back since switching to verizon, I need to fix this, Here's an example of the bounced email I get:

Looks like the IP address of the mail server you are using (the {edited for privacy}.com server?) is on a blocked list for spamming. You'll need to contact the provider of your email and/or the ownder of the block list in order to get that investigated/resolved.
