subaccount user must repeatedly reset password


I am trying to help a friend who has started to have trouble with her verizon email. She is using a subaccount. Recently she has had to reset her password, but after about a day she has to do it again. From what she is telling me, she is getting a temp PW and then going in and setting it to something she wants. So it seems she is doing this correctly but is there some step she might be missing? Or is there a problem with the account?
