user account mangled

the user account I've used for internet and email service for over 16 years was mangled when we were foolish enough to add verizon mobile services to our account, and my wife called in for service.

Now, when I try to log into webmail, my account is always locked... when I try to unlock it, I change my wife's password. When I try to call in for support, I fight Verizon's amazingly irritating automated attendant until I get a human

I've been in system administration and managing web services professionally for over 20 years. As a professional, let me state with all authority that Verizon, you SUCK at delivering internet services.
