Has to be the most primative and out of date service / format I work with. When is Verzion going to show an interest in their customers and make the email more user friendly and functional? How about starting with sorting /collapsing groups, that might be a start.

Really bad for the $ spent on Verizon.

They were suppose to be moving everyone to the AOL (A Verizon) company) mail interface.  Not clear if they are still doing so.  To date they have moved/renamed all the severs to AOL names and moved all the Californis, Florida and Texas customers to that interface.  However those three states were those being sold to Frontier and I haven't heard that anyone else was moved yet.
