I have a Kyocera Cadence LTE flip phone from Verizon and would like to download the text messages from one conversation. I tried doing this through Verizon Messages online, but only the most recent messages are there. I would like to download the whole conversation from the beginning.
I tried plugging my phone into a computer, but none of the files I could access had any text messages. How do I access the text message records in my phone?
