Can anyone give me information on how to return a prepaid phone I had purchased recently? I'm still under the 14 day trial period.
I was told to go to "My documents" folder when signed into My Verizon to print out the return label. When I do that, I'm told I
only have "member" access not account holder/owner rights. Thanks.
