They should recall the env3 it has way to many problems and was not built to last, my main issue is turning off randomly any now there sending me a new one for the second time with a battery because the first time they sent me one without the battery.
DON'T BUY IT is my mane advice.

Verizon.......... Force LG to recall the env touch or vx11000 or whatever it's called. if it's not the phone, but your software fix it. I have the misfortune of having two on my family plan. I have all the problems described in various places on this board. My neighbor also has this phone and these problems.
Verizon, you owe it to us and our exspensive plans to rectify this problem. You know it's bad and you should be concerned
