822 driver not found

When I plug my lumia 822 into windows 7 x64 pc it acts like it is installing driver then it fails and says driver not found.

There is not a released native driver for windows, you must either use the USB Storage mode and ignore the other drivers, or install the windows phone desktop.

how is this to help when i cant even install anything  cause it wont let me? *sigh* this is getting to be to much. I love thos phone but if i cant do what it says i can do  then why bother even having it?

That sounds like a computer issue, not a phone issue.

its downloaded but wont let me finish the set up IE like naming my phone. the continue button that is black in  the bottme right hand corner turns grey when i go to click it, I get nothing after that...I have the preview 3 installed but its not looking for my phone at all....am i missing something?
