Alcetal flip phone displaying backwards

My Alcetal flip phone just started displaying backwards. I can only interpret message by holding up to  a mirror. I fully recharged and turned on and off so the simply solutions are not working. Can someone please advise? Thank you

We definitely want to make sure that you are able to read your phone. Have there been any recent changes or updates to the device software?

It took 2 or more days for an unsatisfactory response. I responded and never heard from you again. I resorted going to a store because I was desperate. Lines at your storefront can be gruesome but at least someone tried to help me.
