I've been trying to call a person and all I get is a message saying: announcement 1 switch 546-1. Does this mean the person ran out of minutes?

Let's look further into this adesreux! Do you hear this announcement when calling others as well or only when calling this one specific contact? If this only happens with the one person this may be an error with their phone. However, I can't say it's because they ran out of minute. If you hear this with other callers I want to complete some troubleshooting with your device. Which phone do you have? Try dialing *228 send option 2, power cycle and test. Please share more details.
