Backup Assistant/Verizon Cloud website is broken

I have a basic phone.  I backed up my contacts with Backup Assistant successfully.  Now i want to export them as a CSV or similar file. All of the links on your "Verizon Cloud" Website loop to the same site. I just need a working link to the site that allows me to manage my contacts in my browser.  I tried downloading the free 5GB desktop app for the cloud and its telling me that i have to pay at least 2.99.  Which I am not going to do.

Sorry to hear about the trouble managing your contacts online! I'd love to help get everything up and running for you. Verizon Cloud should definitely be working online for your Basic Phone's contact data! When you log in to My Verizon, can you type "contacts" into the "I Want To" section and choose "Manage could contacts"? What do you see there?

I see the same webpage advertising verizon cloud. This page: http://www.verizonwireless.com/wcms/consumer/products/verizon-cloud.html. I then click "Already a Verizon Cloud user? Manage your content on the web" which brings me to the same page again. I've also tried the link labeled "Manage Your Content >" at the bottom and get the same thing. Almost every link on the page does nothing but reload the same site.

It works for me going to that link and logging in. Try clearing your browsers cache and if that doesn't work try from a different browser and see what happens. Mary

Thanks for those details! Are you already logged in to My Verizon using your phone number and password? Are you logged in with any other line's number or username isntead? What web-browsers and computer operating systems have you tried this on?
