Backup Assistant

I have a Samsung Intensity II and whenever I try to backup my contacts using backup assistant it gives me an error message saying that the PIN I entered is invalid. However, I know that the PIN I entered is right and even checked it on the website.

I, too, use Backup Assistant to safeguard my device contacts.  I want to ensure this application is working as expected.

Are you experiencing this problem on a new or replacement device?  What happens when you select the option "Don't know your PIN? Press #"?  Please keep me posted.  Thanks!
