Keep losing cell service on my phone. I have to turn off and restart and cell service sticks around for a while and then it drops. I never know when it happens and miss out on work calls and texts. Very frustrating. Did the *228 option 2, did not help.
Is the happening to anyone else near Cincinnati Children's Hospital?
Still having the issue. Just happened to me again. Had to turn off and reboot.
Did it just start today? There may be a temporary service outage. I would wait a few hours, then if not resolved, contact customer service and ask them to open a trouble ticket.
