Can I Save contacts from an LG Accolade vx5600 without Backup Assistant?

Hi,

I'm trying to find a way to save my contacts from my LG vx5600 in order to import them into my new LG cosmos 3.  Unfortunately, my company has blocked data on basic phone accounts, so I am unable to download Backup Assistant.  Is there a way to export the contacts via bluetooth/cable to a computer and then sync that way?  Or maybe from phone to phone?

Let's find a way to transfer those contacts junk1981! Since Backup Assistant is not an option, Bluetooth should do the trick as both phones support the address book Bluetooth profile.
