Can I get a list of text messages sent, received and deleted?

i deleted a message, that i would like to get back, i saw that after I signed up for verizon online they have a option to retrieve deleted texts but only texts rec.. from sign up date on, nothing prior. Is there any way i can retrieve a text I sent 2 days ago.

No, unless you had previously backed it up in some manner which doesn't appear to be the case.
