Can I save the pictures on my LG phone to my computer or some other way?

I have a new phone to activate but would like to save some of the pictures on my old phone.  It is an LG560VX, not sure on the model #.  It shows that I could send them to an online album, but I do not have a data package or anything on this phone....just use it as a basic phone.  Thanks.

Saving your pictures and memories from phone to phone is important, mekkah. Let's start by confirming which model phone you have. If it has a removable battery, you can see the specific model under the battery near one of the barcodes on the phone. I'm thinking you may have the LG Accolade VX5600, but want to be sure. If it's not and there's no removable battery, you going into Settings & Tools > Phone Info to find the model number.
