I just got an LG Extravert. I had an LG Cosmos. The Cosmos had an SD card with some pictures. I put the card into the Extravert and I can't see the pics? I looked in "My Pictures". and they are not there. How do I access them?
Try reading the card via your computer (you may need an adapter or card reader). The Extravert and the Cosmos may use different naming conventions for the picture folders, so one isn't recognized by the other.
You can copy the pics to your computer, then reformat the card for the new phone; then put the pics back on the card (if you still want them to be viewable on the phone) and they should show up. Make a copy of them first, as formatting the card will erase them all....
