***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Can't call specific (ported) phone number

I have a Canadian Vonage account with a ported phone number from a Canadian cell phone carrier.  My Verizon prepaid Gusto 2 can call any other number I've tried (Canadian and American) and can now finally (after several calls) make and receive calls while roaming in Canada, except to my Vonage phone.  The Vonage phone works just fine otherwise, so I contacted Vonage and they replied that Verizon needs to completely remove the Vonage phone number (ported from a Canadian cell phone company - Fido) from Verizon's database(s).  Who do I call/email to get this taken care of, does anyone know?  It's very important that my Verizon phone be able to reach my (home) Vonage phone.  I haven't tested with any other Verizon phones as I don't have any or know anyone with a Verizon phone.
