I just activated a new device. My contacts list did not transfer over from my old device. How can I get this switched over/

Here are the instructions I found provided you used back up assistant on the old devicde and had them stored in your account. We only have basic phones and this is how we do it but smart phones may be different. Mary

Congratulations on your new phone, goofymonkey. As acraftylady had mentioned, Backup Assistant is a great way to bring your contacts from an old phone to a new phone. Backup Assistant would need to be downloaded to the old phone first, then to the new phone once it's been activated. We have a fantastic guide at http://support.verizonwireless.com/clc/devices/contact_transfer.html that I'm sure will help with how to get those contacts transfered, no matter what device you had or are going to.
