It won't back up my contacts. If I open the app the only option it gives me is "restore." I don't need to restore, I want it to back up my new contacts. "Synch" from the Verizon wireless web interface does nothing. Any ideas? LG OCtane.

Any recent changes to your line or number? Have you tried deleting the Backup Assistant, redownloading it? It should provide the option to set sync time frames once again, after set up.
