I have exceeded the memory on my Cosmos Touch phone and can't download photos. How can I save these photos to my computer and restore the phone's memory?
If you phone takes a memory card get one and put the photos on that then pop the card into the computer to get them on there. If you have texting you can send them as a picture message one by one. Just input your email address in the to field and attach the photo. Mary
