Does a Casio Gzone Ravine 2 need a SIM card to work in Canada? I have a voice plan good in both US and Canada but my phone only works in the US.

Where can I purchase a SIM card for my Casio Gzone Ravine 2? I have been to several Verizon stores but no one has the right card. When I called the Verizon help line, they didn't have any either.
