Does the LG Revere 3 has voice to text?

Does anyone know if the LG Revere 3 has voice to text?

I got this phone for my Mom and she is having trouble texting.

Please help.

I would imagine that this phone does not have speech to text. Usually that is a feature on a smartphone. This feature uses a data connection to collect the spoken words and send it to the (Google if Android or Apple if iPhone) servers and send it back as text.
