For the past few weeks, the Verizon website and phone system have not allowed me to add any funds to my prepaid calling plan, and I can't get in touch with anyone to help me with this problem. Chat hasn't been working, and the customer service number just takes me to a useless menu that tells me nothing I can't find out online. It's definitely not a problem with my card or bank account or computer. I recently changed my plan online and it's started charging me per text even though I'm supposed to have an unlimited messaging bundle, so I'm running out of funds here! Someone please help or I will definitely be leaving Verizon a very unhappy customer!
