Env3 - can hardly hear income call ringtone and voice announcement

Just got the Env3 as a replacement phone.   I'm very disappointment as when the face is closed, you can barely hear the income call ringtown and voice announcement.  And I mean BARELY hear it.    I have it on vibrate as well for when I carry it in my pocket.  But if it is in my purse, no way can I hear it.  I miss a lot of call.

I see the speakers are on the inside and the ringtown is quite loud when the face is open.    However that is not an option to carry the phone

Is there a fix for this or do I live with it.  I keep reaing how the ringtones are so loud with this phone, but I sure don't experience that.

ENV3 is an older phone so I am guessing this is a used phone? Sounds like it's defective, see if you can return it. Did you get it from Verizon or where? Mary
