Does this happen with every or any app you try to download, or just one in particular?  Where are you trying to download the app from?

It's with every app and from the verizon app store.

I see you posted this in BASIC phones - what phone do you have?  Perhaps it's not capable of running the apps you are trying to download?  Maybe there's not enough memory to install the app?
