Flip phone no longer showing calls??

I have a flip phone line that always updated call activity every 4 hours and completely stopped on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 2:45pm.  The phone is used in the same area as the other phones that are showing the call activity.  Is there a service or hack that can mask calls?

themikewalsh, I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your call activity on your flip phone. I am here to assist. Can you provide more information on what is meant by call activity? What make and model phone are you having issues with? Have you tried restarting your device to see if this resolved the issue?
