G'Zone Brigade external display screen does not light up

G'Zone Brigade external display screen does not light up. Can't use the external screen at all! How can this be fixed?

Making sure that your phone works the way that it should is certainly a priority for us. It does concern us to hear this happening with your phone but we will work to get this resolved for you today. Has this always been the case with the external screen or did this just recently happen? Does it display everything except the light? Does the phone have any physical damage of any kind?

It just started happening.The display is totally black. The phone has no apparent physical damage.

Hmm, this is definitely odd Ruca. Let's do some more digging. Do you have a case or screen protector on? This may block the sensor that prompts the screeen to light up. Have you removed/re-inserted the battery to test the screen?
