Getting rid of an icon on a Samsung Convoy

I have a Samsung Convoy that an icon has suddenly shown up in the home row on.  It looks like a tiny phone with an arrow pointing down and then toward the tiny phone.  I can't find anything that tells me what this freaking thing is or how to remove it.  Can anyone help me?  This is the old original Convoy phone.

Icons shouldn't be a mystery. Let's figure this out. When is the icon appearing? Do you recall what changes were made to the phone before the icon appeared?
