HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

So how do I deal with the worse company with customer service? I went online this morning to purchase a basic phone for my son. I found a free one I ordered it and was told I could pick it up at the store. HOW WONDERFUL we would not have to wait !!! I received the message that my total would be 32.10 at the store. PERFECT. I got to the store had a horrible wait my son stayed to finish up the phone information since I had to be somewhere. I got home found they charged me 181.62 for this free phone. I went back to the store first met Kevin a manager who decided to fight with me than help me. He told me they do not honor the rate in the store. How can Verizon offer this online with the option to pick it up at the store if they are not going to honor it? MISS INFORMATION!!! It clearly states you can pick it up at the store and what you will be charged oh no not so fast get to the store and they change will not do it. Anyway after Kevin went in the back for at least 20 mins he had Jamie another manager deal with me who was also extremely rude. At this point I had Verizon Customer service on my phone who stated yes you are to be charged 32.10 however they could not do anything that the store could do what they wanted. WHAT ???????? Kevin also made the comment that I needed to learn how to read ? Really what did I need to learn how to read everything I saw stated that I was to be charged 32.10 !!!!!!! I was refunded 85.00 and that I had to mail in a 50 dollar rebate. At his point I was extremely upset and would give anything to drop Verizon !!!!! How dare he say I needed to learn how to read. Jamie was no help she was just has rude as Kevin. BTW this is the second time in a month Verizon charged me for a free phone. I upgrade to the IPhone free on line and was charged over 200 for that. It took Verizon a month to refund my money for that one. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THE VERIZON STORE ON 150TH AND MAPLE OMAHA NEBRASKA AGAIN !!!!!! It is the GREYHAWK location do not go in that store trust me !!!! VERIZON HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
