There are a couple of ways, the easiest is to use a MicroSD card. Insert the card in the phone, and move the pics to the card (the instruction manual should tell you how to do this). Also set the phone to automatically save the photos to the card.
After the phone has moved or saved all the pics to the card, you can hook up the phone to your computer with a USB cable, or use an adapter to view the card on your computer, and just copy the pics to your computer.
An alternate way is to text each pic to your email address, but that could take a long time....
