How do I get video to play on my vwzpix messages online album?

I have been getting vwzpix messages on my LG phone telling me I have pix messages retrievable online. When I go into my verizon online media album to see them and hit "play", I hear only the audio. I have Quicktime on my computer but only the logo comes on, then nothing....no picture. What's the problem and how do I fix it?
