How do I get videos off a Samsung Intensity IIi? My computer says it does not have sufficient services for me to browse and take the videos and when i try to mail to an online album it says the file is too large. I can send pictures from my phone to the computer, but don't see a way to send videos from my phone to the computer.
Moving videos should work the same as moving photos (using a USB cable; note that the phone needs an SD card inserted in the phone), i.e.,
Move Pictures / Videos from Device - Samsung Intensity II / Samsung Intensity III | Verizon Wireless
Another option is to move the videos to the SD card, then remove the SD card and insert it (with an adapter) into your computer to download the videos.
Move Pictures / Videos to SD Card - Samsung Intensity III | Verizon Wireless
Remove SD Card - Samsung Intensity II / Samsung Intensity III | Verizon Wireless
PoetWomn, we can assist you with your photos. Are you trying to move your photos to a certain file on your computer?
