How do I move my contacts when changing my basic phone?

I just upgraded my old RAZORVm to a newer RazorVm and need to move my contacts.  Help!

I know of two ways to do this on basic phones: (1) Go to a Verizon store and ask them to do it for you. (2) Use Verizon's Backup Assistant software.

You may be charged for either of these options. I'm not sure how much stores charge. If you go with No. 2, you'd have to download Backup Assistant on each RAZR, at about $2/phone if you have no data plan.

There is another way (I did it when I copied my contacts from my Verizon dumb phone to my Republic smart phone...\

Blue tooth  will connect the 2 phones and transfer (actually duplicate) the contacts to a file on the new phone...and than ask you to approve them...as it writes them into your new phones contact list.
