How do I reset the backup assistant PIN? I can not find my old one

This is a work phone, they bought me a new one and no ones knows the PIN for back up assistance

Thank you for reaching out to us, cplsargent. We can help with Backup Assistant. When you access the Backup Assistant application, as soon as it asks for your pin, there should be a link that asks if you have forgotten your pin. You may need to scroll the screen a bit down to see this link. This will provide the pin needed to recover your contacts. What phone are you using?
