How do I turn off Nuance on a Samsung Gustso (Model: SCH-U360) ?

This is the phone we have to use with our JK Audo remote mixer for broadcasting football games.  When we plug in the audio plug Nuance is Activated.  Is there a way to disable it???

I went to settings > voice commands > Key settings and saw voice key/Ear Mic was clicked and switched to Voice Key Only.  It keeps NUance from opening but it then started automatically dialing the last number called.  HELP! Smiley Happy

Try this:

Go to MENU, SETTINGS AND TOOLS, SOUNDS SETTINGS, READOUT, then select FLIP OPEN AND TALK, turn it off.

It was already off.  Nuance seems to not come on but it starts dialing the last number dialed . . .

Snn5, I know that catching the games is important and we want to keep the good times rolling. Have you been able to use this with your Gusto in the past? Is the phone open or closed?
