I can not send or receive texts.

For some reason about a month ago all people on my Verizon plan have been unable to send or receive texts. But whats even more confusing is that we can send and receive texts from group chats. Which makes no sense to me. I have been doing a lot of digging and I can't find any issues similar to this.
