I need to know if I have a warranty on my phone or not?
If you purchased it new from Verizon and it is less than 1 yr old, then the answer would be yes.
The manufacturers warranty lasts 1 year from purchase. Physical damage is not covered in the warranty.
If the phone was purchased new from a Verizon corporate store, then there is a one year manufacturer's warranty. When did you buy the phoe? Where did you buy the phone? What phone is it?
More information will help us to give you an accurate answer...
Ninja'd.
I'll go with more info needed and say the same as what was suggested, you usually have a year warranty some manufactures if you go through them may give you an Extension if you register your device.. I have in the past and got my warranty extended for another year.. and if you sign up for service and you don't get coverage that Day you usually have a 60 to 90 window to sign up..as I've been told in the past but I always carry coverage on my Devices..
Its verizon prepaid phone service. I bought it from Walmart in August 2013. The phone is LG Optimus Exceed.
I'm going to say no there is no warranty on pre-paid phones. If that was the case I'd probably have stayed with Straighttalk.
Knowing your equipment warranty is very important linkofinterest. When purchasing a device with Verizon Wireless, it comes with a one year manufacture's warranty from the day you purchase the device. Please keep in mind, if there is any physica or water damage to your phone, this will void the manufactures warranty. In addition, if you added insurance with extended warranty coverage, it will extend the warranty on the device for another year.
