Is it possible to make international calls from the UK with an LG Cosmos ?

I appreciate your interest in making calls from the the UK with the LG Cosmos. Please be advised this handset is not capable for service while in the UK, due to conflicting network technologies. We do however; have a great Global Rental Program. I have included additional information below for your reference.
