Hubby and I both have LG Octanes, and today we are unable to hear each other. Texting is fine, but when we call V2V we cannot hear the other person. Any ideas what the problem may be? TIA!!
If both phones suddenly have this issue, it makes me think there might be a system issue in your area. Could you use a landline or another phone to call Verizon and inquire?
