LG Cosmos 2 alerts

I have an LG Cosmos 2 and have set ALL my ringers and notifications to the same ringtone, but my mobile email has a different tone (if it alerts at all). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You need to set up notifications from within the mobile email app. Go to each email you have set up, and set up preferences and notifications from each email account.

Fschaal, mobile email is such a great tool for basic phones! All the settings for notifications are set directly in the application itself. There is a general alert, and not a way to set a specific alert sound. Here are some steps to make sure the alert is set http://vz.to/16TGxqM.
