Most likely due to the times I dropped the phone, my phone's screen has stopped working. It turns on fine, and I can get incoming phone calls and messages, but I can't see any of it because the screen doesn't work. There are no cracks on it, the screen just doesn't work.
I am on a family plan right now, the next time it expires is May.
What are my options?
Hi jzhang172. I'm glad your phone is still letting you get those important calls, but let's find a way to get you a fully functional phone. Although phones are being made to withstand more and more, the occasional drop can eventually effect the phone's performance. Have you checked out http://bit.ly/S3Tyol to see if you have insurance? Are any of the other lines eligible for an upgrade sooner than May? You can check that out by logging into My Verizon http://bit.ly/yN1P80 as the Account Owner. If you don't have insurance and there's no upgrade coming up, we offer a great program for our Certified Pre-Owned http://bit.ly/gY2e7F phones. There's also always the options of buying the phone through a third-party option or at full price.
I hope you find one of these great options useful for getting a working replacement. Have a great day.
