Hi - I'm trying to copy the factory/original ringtones OFF of an LG Cosmos Touch VN270.
Does anyone know how to do this or if they are available online somewhere?
Thanks!

Bit Pim is a third party app that you can download to your computer, hook up the phone via USB, and view the internal memory, and copy things to and from your computer. Be careful though, you can also brick the phone if you don't know what you are doing.... instructions on the bitpim.org site should be sufficient.

Thanks. I tried BitPim. It detected my "other CDMA" device, but wasn't able to browse the directories. I also tried QPST and was able to browse the root directory, however all of the media folders were empty. I'm looking specifically for the original "Cuckoo" ringtone. I replaced the VN270 with an Extravert and it doens't have that ringtone on it.

Try phonezoo.com or google for the specific ringtone. Someone may have made it available for download to your phone...
